Pricing: All prices are subject to an additional 5% GST.
Shooting Location: Locations are to be discussed and agreed upon. Any venue fees, entrance tickets, or permit costs will be covered by the client.
Travel Fees: A traveling fee will apply for locations over 30km, depending on the distance. 
Deposit & Balance Payment: 

• A 50% deposit (capped at 1000 CAD) is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due on the shooting day.

Rescheduling & Lateness:

• For portrait sessions, please inform me of any date changes at least 3 days in advance. One reschedule is allowed. If you are late by less than 15 minutes, the session can be extended. Being late for 30 minutes or more will count as a cancellation, and the deposit will not be refunded.

• For wedding photography, according to the contract.

Wardrobe & Makeup: Clients are responsible for their own makeup and outfits. It is highly recommended to follow the photographer’s styling suggestions to enhance the final results.
Final Photos & Retouching:

• I will select, edit, and retouch the final photos. Raw files will not be provided.

• Before retouching all photos, several samples will be sent for style and retouching feedback. Changes can be made at this stage. Once the style is approved, the remaining images will be edited and retouched accordingly. No further edits will be made after delivery.

Delivery Timeline:

• Regular sessions: Final photos will be delivered within 1-2 weeks.

• Weddings and bridal sessions: Final photos will be delivered within 4 weeks.

Photo Usage: Final photos may be shared on social media as part of the portfolio by default. If you prefer not to share, please notify the photographer before paying the deposit.
